1. What is REMY HAIR

   Remy Hair is 100% natural human hair. It is harvested from one donor source and then put through a very light cleaning process. The end result is the best quality human hair avaiable, you can wash the hair, style the hair and even perm the hair.

Hair Color

1. I see the colors listed, how can I make sure the color is correct

   The colors listed on the chart are taken from the factory avaiable colors. If you are a dark black so list it as # 1 per other compant color rings you can order per the black chart. all wigs are 100% human remy hair and can have color work done, so if you order the wig and need to have color added it can be done.  You can also take a picture of the color you want and email to infofdh@gmail.com and we can match the color for you and even email you a sample picture of the color before you place an order.

Returns

1. What if I am not happy with the hair or hair length

   If you received the hair and it is not the right color or hair length and you have not cut or colored the hair you can return the system and we will replace the wig with another color of your choosing or we can send you another length (longer lengths will have additional charge).

   Any wig that have not been cut or worked on can be returned for 100% refund within 30 days.
